One day, the illness came. Here, it never left.
Trapped, the world was reshaped by it.
Now, you've arrived at a long-quarantined city, New Horizon. The only work you could find is Crow — body collector. You'll do essential work, the Military assured.
Today's your first day at the job. You force yourself awake, rising from the dreamless void of slumber.
Who are you, Crow?

The CROWS
You are of a unique breed within the City, for you are not quarantined as others. This gives you a powerful and rare freedom. How will you use it? Who are you in the Plaguelands?
- a Listener Crow, wielding empathy and curiosity;
- a Whisperer Crow, armed with lies and charm;
- an Enforcer Crow, moved by strength and violence.

The COLLECTION
Your training was fleeting, but you can surely handle the dead, right?
- EXAMINE: Analyze their condition (click and hold);
- SEAL: hold the illness in the body (click and drag side to side)
- PLUG: plug natural cavities (multi-click);
- BAG: Then, bag them (click and drag down) and return to the truck.

Once you're done, another dead awaits.
- Collect your payment at the Medical Center before the day's end;
- Your upkeep is due, and the Taxman is more unavoidable than the illness.

The CITY
Explore New Horizon and its forgotten shopping malls, where believers search for holy signs on dirty napkins. Or, enter lawless compounds where a gun speaks louder than authority.
REMEMBER, COLLECTOR: you are one of the few in this quarantined city who still see others face-to-face daily.
You will enter temples, compounds, and barracks to reach your requested collections. Be ready, for they will each see you through the filter of their plans and creeds.

The FACTIONS & CITIZENS
Interact with the Military Anarchist and Cultist factions who split control over the city. Do their bidding loyally or double-cross each fool who crosses your path.

From mad cultists to corrupt officials, down-on-their-luck civilians to rebellious artistic anarchists, each will see you through the filter of their plans and creeds.

Your CHOICES & JOURNEY
The city and its inhabitants will remember your actions, so choose carefully how you'll deal with favors and threats, friend and foe. Carve your way towards multiple endings where you are the driving force of unforgettable consequences.

Will your choices heal the world, make it better? Or will you stoke the sickly flames of the end, breaking it beyond all repair?
